Working With Us
Our in-depth understanding of the new homes industry, purchaser must haves and aspirations is an integral part of sales success. Requirements differ, budgets vary but you can rest assured that we always strive for the solution that delivers most value – without compromising quality.
The Client Brief
We begin the process with taking a detailed brief, as this is key to the success of the scheme. The target market, demographics, USPs of the development, specification level and budget all form part of this process. We then research competitors' show homes to ensure our design is not only relevant but also distinctively different.
The Design Process
Our talented design team works hard to strike the correct balance between exciting creativity and commercial reality. The show home should inspire, yet also be within reach of your target market. Focus is also placed on making the project as sustainable as possible.
Our clients comment time and time again about the quality and detail of our presentation boards. With such an important purchase we place great emphasis on accuracy, ensuring what you commission is subsequently delivered.
Each project is expertly managed by our Show Home Installation Managers, to be delivered on time and within budget. Regular communication, and a rapport developed with the site management team, ensure that nothing is left to chance!
Site safety is our paramount concern, with Health and Safety procedures respected by our significantly experienced teams. Andrew Henry Interiors are CHAS accredited, fully insured and all our installers hold relevant HS and E accredited Cards.
We take great pride in our work. By delivering on our promises time and time again, we have developed many long-standing, mutually beneficial relationships. Each show home we install is therefore personally handed over to ensure we have met and hopefully exceeded your expectations.
Upon completion a detailed warranty pack is provided with all key information to both sales and customer care departments. Your last show home is just as important as the next one, and we are only ever a phone call or email away.
