Brooklands Park
Brooklands Park, Stoke Gifford, Bristol
This project, local to our Bristol offices, is one of two show homes designed and installed by the AHI team for Crest Nicholson at their Brooklands Park development. Perfectly situated on the northern edge of Bristol, this development offers traditional, broken and open plan flexible living homes, all of which have easy access to the city centre and M32, M4 and M5 motorways.
We transformed this four bedroomed plot into the most welcoming of homes, exuding waves of layered warmth with a strong Nordic vibe.
The design for this Show Home at Brooklands Park was influenced by the current trend for relaxed Scandinavian living, in-line with the design brief from Crest Nicholson.
The colour scheme centres around an inviting palette of dreamy off-whites, which delicately flow into warmer neutral tones. I specified a selection of thoughtful artworks, some of which are leaning, for an altogether less structured feel.
I then punctuated the scheme with carefully considered patterned wallpapers in neutral tones, Nordic inspired furniture, and highly tactile fabrics.
