“Spiced Honey was 2019’s Dulux colour of the year, and this was the inspiration for the show-home at Russet Copse. Spiced Honey is a versatile warm amber tone, which can be soothing, calming, cosy or vibrant depending on what it is paired with. The mood created at Russet Copse is subtly sophisticated with the spiced honey tones sitting alongside deep umber coloured fabrics, while the black furniture brings a graphic edge to the look. My favourite room in this scheme would be the youngest child’s bedroom. Monochrome wallpaper sits well behind a tee-pee style wooden bed frame, with accents of spiced honey coming in with the cushions and accessory styling creating a really fun kids room!”
