Beaufort Gardens is a select development of 35, four and five bedroom executive homes in a prime residential district on the outskirts of Cardiff.
Although the homes have a relatively traditional architectural style, the quality internal specification is unashamedly contemporary.

Our interior design scheme took inspiration from boutique hotel styling and we set to create a highly aspirational interior with a sophisticated palette of luxurious neutrals.
The generous ceiling heights allowed for statement lighting in the formal lounge, family and dining areas whilst a bespoke hand painted mural of The Millenium Stadium has taken a teenage boy's bedroom to the next level. The Master Bedroom Suite is a grown-up sanctuary with a separate seating area within the bay window and impressive walk-in dressing room.

Off plan sales prior to the show home launch had been good, but have since been further accelerated once potential buyers could see for themselves, the quality and attention to detail within the show home.
