Our developer client specialises in boutique refurbishments and luxury new build properties.
Although we became involved at the later stages of the project, we designed and installed a full Interior Design scheme to appeal to an international buyer profile most likely seeking to buy an additional home as a London base, in a prime residential district.
The luxurious specification including kitchen, media unit and bedroom joinery by Poliform, was enhanced with a bespoke interior design scheme which incorporated an unusual curved sofa to one of the living areas and feature Andrew Martin Dining Table. Our in-house Artist also produced several striking contemporary artwork pieces which were then framed, further adding to the Luxe dimension of the project.
