Selecting the right scheme for your child’s bedroom
26/05/2017

Here at Andrew Henry Interiors we are all too aware of the importance of designing a harmonious family home scheme. Depending on the local demographics, a child’s bedroom can form a crucial part of the ‘home’ package offered by a developer.
Many kids now spend a huge amount of time playing, working and sleeping in their bedrooms, so it’s important to deliver a scheme that reflects their personality and one which will inspire the young inhabitant into feeling very much at home.
Children’s décor also provides our interior design and styling teams with an opportunity to run away with their imagination and create some highly playful and magical schemes. Wherever possible we will apply a strong decorative theme to a child’s bedroom – from a pretty pony room, a Parisian teen’s boudoir, to a skateboard fanatic’s den complete with bespoke graffiti wall – the possibilities are endless.
For one of our latest projects we installed a Herbie bed at Crest Nicholson’s highly desirable Upper Longcross development, for a motor-racing inspired room suitable even for the youngest of drivers.
